We offer lending arrangement for $300  to over $100,000. The amount we are willing to lend depends entirely upon your need and type of collateral we are lending against. Since we have more flexibility than other lenders in terms of what we can use as collateral, there’s a good chance we can give you the amount of money you need.

Generally speaking, there are 2 base types of lending out there- secured and unsecured.

Secured is a situation where a lender gives you money in exchange for collateral that has the same or higher value of the amount borrowed. If you default, you forfeit whatever is used as collateral. Obviously, this motivates people to pay back their debt. Often, lenders will let you hold and continue to use the collateral while paying back the loan.

We only issue secured loans.

Our staff has the ability to work with you to accept a wide variety of assets that you can use as collateral.

We work with things such as Cars, Trucks, Boats, Motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Campers, RVs, Exotic/Luxury vehicles, Trailers, Commercial vehicles, Heavy Equipment, and even Real Estate.

No, we do not. The reason is that we only do secured lending. These lending solutions are issued based on collateral value (what it is worth). Based on that, we have no reason to check your credit.

A title pawn (aka title loan) is a quick and convenient way for people who own their car, truck, motorcycle or any motorized/non-motorized vehicle to get cash. Getting a title pawn is fast and simple. As long as you own have the lien-free title to your collateral, you can get the cash you need. We also specialize in refinancing or “buying out” customers who might have a loan somewhere else.

Unique Funding will consider the current fair market value of the collateral being offered when deciding the amount to be offered. Customers who allow Unique Funding to hold the collateral will generally receive the highest offer.

Unique Funding will meet or beat competitor rates. We have found we are generally 20-50% cheaper than the competition.

Our rates on Title Pawns typically range between 8% and 12% monthly. Terms and conditions apply.

We offer rates as low as 5% monthly! Certain terms and conditions apply. 

We accept cash or cash instruments at our locations and can accept debit cards. Fees may apply for card payments.
